Messung’s ESD safe ergonomics chair has a synchronous mechanism that enables users to enjoy a seat tilt of 7 degrees, and backrest tilt of 35 degrees with forward tilt of 15 degrees and backward tilt of 20 degrees.
The seat & backrest are of removable ESD synthetic leather, upholstered on soft PU foam. Typical PU foam density is 50-55 Kg/m3 while the synthetic leather is a high-grade 0.85 mm for enhanced durability.
Proprietary system is available in multiple height adjustment range. The hard chrome-plated piston rod and spindle pipe provide extra reliability and corrosion resistance. Class-4 cleanliness level is achieved.
New patented injection manufacturing technology ensures greater adhesion between nylon and ESD PU and extends the life of casters greatly. The heavy-duty dual wheels of the five casters are tested for 1,00,000 cycles on hurdles to ensure strength and reliability. Each 50mm diameter caster has a weight carrying capacity of 50Kg per caster.
The aluminium die-cast polished five star base provides excellent strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistant properties. The 700 mm diameter base provides better stability.
Messung also offers this chair in a high version where the height adjustment range is 580 mm to 840 mm, and a foot ring is added for seating comfort.
